This is an 8-month, miniature horse, weekly commitment. Participants will learn about how to care for miniature horses, service and therapy activities, the basics of showing, in-hand gaming, liberty work and some driving.  This is a hands-on, active course that requires a certain level of fitness — we can work with disabilities. The goal will be for each participant to partner with a mini and to attend the Lynden fair in the Open Light Horse Division.  The 5 days of fair will basically require 24 hour dedication. Designed for teens and adults (Younger participants will need a participating adult)

  January – August 23rd $200 + Fair registration

Our normal weekly meetings will be on Sunday mornings from 10am to noon and Wednesday evenings from 5 to 7 (other days and times will be scheduled as holidays and other interruptions happen). Participants are encouraged to come to both when possible
